Sleep Well Coaching for Women
Transform your sleep. Transform your Life
28 days to better sleep.
If your sleep has become light, broken, unpredictable, or difficult to switch off from, you’re not alone. But sleep doesn’t have to feel out of reach.
Many women feel exhausted but struggle to rest. You might feel “tired and wired”, wake up in the night with a busy mind, or start dreading bedtime because sleep feels like a battle. Sleep coaching offers gentle, supportive guidance to help you understand what’s affecting your sleep and create realistic changes that actually fit your life.
You’ve tried everything, so why will this work?
Sleep coaching may be supportive if you’re tired of:
Laying wide awake with your brain refusing to shut down
Difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep
Waking during the night and struggling to get back to sleep
Having racing thoughts at bedtime
Feeling tense, restless, or “switched on”
Waking up tired even after “enough” hours
Feeling foggy, irritable and exhausted all day
You don’t need more helpful ‘tips’. You need a proven approach that works for your body, brain and life. Most sleep coaching ‘tells’ you what to do, but I approach it differently, working alongside you to help you understand why your sleep isn’t working and how to fix it from a holistic angle.
Working with me, you will get:
✔ Personalised coaching tailored to you, not just generic advice
✔ A plan that focusses on both your body and mind
✔ Support every step of the way
✔ A long-term transformation, not temporary quick tips
My approach
My work is calm, practical, and supportive - never judgemental and never overwhelming.
Sleep coaching isn’t about being “perfect” with routines. It’s about helping you feel safer, calmer, and more settled in your body, so sleep can come more naturally again. It’s science-based, holistic and customised to you. We work together to to restore your body’s natural ability to sleep. As a sleep coach, I look at not just your sleep, but your whole 24 hours in terms of habits, mindsets, daily stressors.
I struggled with insomnia all through perimenopause but things really hit a low-point when I was suddenly plunged into surgical menopause and sleep was just a thing of the past. Wanting to understand what was causing the changes, I studied the science of sleep and qualified with the Sleep Well Academy. I’m accredited by the Association of Coaching and am also a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England) bringing a trauma-aware, nervous-system-led focus into my work.
What to expect
In my ‘28 days to better sleep’ package we will have an initial 90-minutes session followed by 3 x 1-hour sessions over the course of 4 weeks. In between, you can reach out to me anytime - I’m right beside you. In our sessions, we’ll explore things like:
Your current sleep pattern and what may be maintaining it
Your stress levels and nervous system state
Lifestyle factors that may be impacting your sleep
Practical ways to support your body to wind down
Gentle, realistic changes you can actually stick with
The aim is to help you feel more rested not just at night, but in yourself. I cut through the noise of all the online advice to understand your unique patterns and needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve tried everything out there. Why will this work?
My approach is a gentle, practical form of support that helps you understand what’s affecting your sleep and make realistic changes that improve it over time. It’s designed to help you feel calmer at night, sleep more deeply, and wake feeling more rested. It’s about rewiring your relationship with sleep through evidence-based, tailored coaching.
Is sleep coaching the same as CBT-I coaching?
Sleep coaching includes evidence-based techniques and behaviour changes that support better sleep, but it isn’t a strict “one size fits all” programme. My approach is gentle, supportive, and tailored to you, with nervous system care at the centre.
Will I be told to give up coffee, naps, or my phone?
No, not as a blanket rule. Sleep coaching isn’t about perfection or strict routines. It’s about understanding what helps your sleep and making changes that feel realistic and sustainable for your life.
What happens in a sleep coaching session?
We’ll talk through what your sleep currently looks like and what might be affecting it. You’ll be supported to create a simple plan with gentle changes that feel achievable - not overwhelming. Many women find the sessions feel calming in themselves, because they finally have space to be heard and supported.
Can I do sleep coaching alongside massage therapy?
Yes and my clients often find they work beautifully together. I offer a 90-minutes deep-rest massage to calm the nervous system, ease physical tension, and support deeper rest. Sleep coaching can help you understand your sleep patterns and build habits that support long-term improvement.
I’m exhausted… will this feel like more effort?
This is such a common worry and the answer is: it shouldn’t. My approach is gentle and supportive. We focus on small changes that make a difference without adding pressure, guilt, or a long list of “things to do”.
Is sleep coaching suitable if I’m dealing with anxiety or stress?
Yes. Many women I work with find their sleep difficulties are closely linked to stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling constantly switched on. I’m also a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England) and I work with a trauma-aware, nervous-system-led focus.
Do I need a diagnosis to have sleep coaching?
Not at all. You don’t need a label or diagnosis to get support. If your sleep isn’t working for you, that’s enough.
Is sleep coaching a medical service?
Sleep coaching is supportive and educational, but it isn’t a replacement for medical advice. If you have symptoms that may be medical (for example sleep apnoea, severe insomnia, or anything you’re concerned about), it’s always best to speak with your GP as well.
